Senior Learning Director
Shane brings more than 20 years of learning and development experience to the table as a trainer and developer for Yukon Learning. He honed his craft conducting certified technical training courses for IT industry vendors such as Microsoft, Novell, and CompTIA. This led to consulting opportunities in Canada and abroad with clients in the oil and gas, banking, and health care sectors. Shane has worn many hats in his career – writer, researcher, instructor, marketer, IT guy – and each facilitated a natural transition to e-Learning design and development. When not pounding the pavement as an avid runner or scaling peaks in the Rockies near his home, Shane teaches classes in Mandarin Chinese.
Senior Learning Director
Stefanie earned her BS in IT and received her MBA from WGU. Before Yukon, she spent just over seven years training software products and policies, as well as developing e-Learning content for various departments in a school system. Now working with Yukon, she develops content for customers when she’s not teaching the Articulate products to other e-Learning content developers. Off the clock, she’s working hard at her family life with her husband and twins.
Senior Product Manager
Katie earned her BS in Business Management from Appalachian State University. Joining the Yukon Learning team in 2010, Katie began creating e-Learning modules, as well as teaching the Articulate suite of tools to other e-Learning content developers from a variety of industries. Her relaxed, yet thorough training style has proven to be the perfect recipe for an effective learning process. When she’s not training and building courses, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son at home in North Carolina.
Raye holds a BA in English Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and an MS in Behavioral Science from Cameron University. A well-traveled military spouse, her family’s journeys have led her to occupations in education, community mobilization, and training. Beginning her career in e-Learning developing for a government agency, she also worked as a consultant specializing in social media and technology training. As a member of the Yukon Learning team, she instructs fellow e-Learning content developers on the Articulate products and also develops herself. In her spare time, she enjoys going on adventures with her husband and daughter, traveling to her home state of Oklahoma (Thunder UP!), and feeding her inner geek with everything Doctor Who.
Alex earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University, with focuses in design, typography, multimedia journalism, and public relations. She headed several communications projects in the Central Virginia area and the Old Dominion’s capitol city, to include working with nonprofits and operating as Director of Outreach for a local business. Following an intuitive feeling, Alex discovered her home at Yukon, where she contributes to the team as a developer and a trainer in the Articulate tools. Her free time is spent playing around at the dog park and animal shelter, chipping in to clean up the James River, and taking in local culture.
