Ron has over 35 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, instructional design, spiritual development, and experiential learning. His unique background has allowed him to support a wide range of customers, from schools like Duke University and Harvard Business School to multinational corporations like Sanofi, Amazon, BP, and Pepsico.
In 2002, Ron founded “Real-ationships,” a consulting firm and outdoor challenge course devoted to assisting individuals and organizations in increasing their performance while developing and maintaining authenticity and integrity. After joining Yukon Learning in 2008, Ron began working closely with the Articulate engineers and community team to design and develop the certified training programs for the Articulate suite of tools. Ron enjoys facilitating training sessions and designing e-learning solutions for Yukon Learning customers, but his real job is working to help maintain Yukon Learning’s “best-in-class” culture.

As a Training Team Lead at Yukon Learning, John Moore seeks to impart his experience and knowledge of the Articulate suite to learners from various backgrounds so they can better facilitate learning in their own organizations. John spent many years in the insurance industry as an Instructional Designer/Developer and continues to design e-learning courses when he is not in the classroom or teaching virtually. His passion is making learning fun and easy, which he does by bringing his own brand of humor and style to each and every training. John has a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Roanoke College in beautiful southwest Virginia, enjoys supporting his son with youth sports, and annually hopes (but often fails) to win his fantasy baseball league.

As a proud graduate from Virginia Tech (Let’s Go Hokies!), Brooke began her career in training as a Technical Writer for a software development company. That role quickly morphed into designing and programming Computer-Based Training modules, which she continued for the next 10 years. Her next venture took her passions for learning and project management to the next level as she tackled administering and managing the enterprise-wide Learning Management System for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Finding her true home at Yukon Learning, Brooke acts as the Chief Design Officer where she oversees the Instructional Design and Creative teams. When not nerding out over something learning related, she can be found with her face in a book or goofing off in the company of friends, her hubby, two teenage boys, and several fur babies.

Raye is the Director of Development Processes at Yukon Learning, after serving as a trainer and developer within the Articulate suite for almost a decade. She holds a BA in English Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and an MS in Behavioral Science from Cameron University. She began a career in e-learning by developing courses for a government agency in Washington state. As a member of the Yukon team, she manages the QA/QC efforts and leads accessibility initiatives within the company. Accessible e-learning is a personal passion for Raye, and you’ll often hear her pose the question, “Am I simply checking boxes, or am I doing my best to create a good e-learning experience for everyone?” In her free time, Raye enjoys camping with her husband and daughter, attending live music shows, and snuggling with her four rescue mutts.
